The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This role involves developing staff, controlling expenses, and executing merchandising and inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Support the Store Manager in overall store operation
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability
- Develop staff
- Control expenses and shrinkage
- Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Prior retail experience
- Prior management experience
Qualifications
- Prior retail and or management experience is required
