About This Role

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability. This includes developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory according to company policies.

• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail or management experience
• Minimum age of 18

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
