About This Role

This Assistant Store Manager position is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations to drive sales and profitability. Key responsibilities include ensuring excellent guest services, managing staff, and controlling expenses and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control

Requirements

• Prior retail and or management experience
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required
