Maintain and establish Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations. This role focuses on maximizing sales and profitability through staff development, expense control, and merchandising in adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operation tasks
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff members
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail and or management experience
• Minimum age of 18
