The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, focusing on guest services, sales, profitability, staff development, inventory control, and merchandising for a retail store.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operation
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required.
