This role supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, focusing on maximizing sales and profitability through staff development, expense control, and merchandising, while ensuring excellent guest services.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail and/or management experience
• Minimum age of 18

• Prior retail and or management experience is required
