This role supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, focusing on maximizing sales and profitability. The assistant will achieve this by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory according to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Support the Store Manager in overall store operation tasks
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability
- Develop staff
- Control expenses and shrinkage
- Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Prior retail experience
- Prior management experience
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
