About This Role

Oversee front-of-house operations and catering for a senior living community's restaurant. This role involves managing staff, inventory, and guest concerns while ensuring adherence to department and community standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee front house operations and catering
  • Drive recruitment efforts for the department
  • Build staffing schedules
  • Maintain supply inventories for service items
  • Manage the reservation system
  • Address employee, resident, or guest concerns

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years’ management experience in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment
