About This Role

Manage project documentation, track costs, and monitor change orders for construction projects. This role supports the company's safety program and helps inform management on financial trends and project budgets.

Responsibilities

Manage project-related documents including change orders, schedules, analysis, proposals, and reports
Organize and track project costs using a financial software system
Check and monitor change order submissions for accuracy and consistency
Support the company’s Safety Program and participate in training and meetings
Track department spending and project budgets
Summarize information and trends to keep management informed

Requirements

Strong skills in reading and comprehending all contract drawings and specifications
Understanding of construction process for scheduling, subcontractor buy out, and delivery schedules
Robust knowledge of Primavera, MS Project software
Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or related degree or equivalent work experience
