Responsibilities

• Lead by example to provide outstanding service to every client
• Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching salon staff
• Oversee daily operations
• Ensure the salon is spotless, welcoming, and fully stocked at all times
• Support marketing efforts and membership sales goals

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail, hospitality, or salon management experience
• Strong people skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and resolve issues
• Reliable, organized, and proactive
• Tech-friendly (POS systems, scheduling software)
