About This Role

Manage and run shifts at a Jason's Deli location by coaching and training employees, while ensuring operational effectiveness focusing on people, sales, and profit.

Responsibilities

Manage and run shifts
Coach and train employees
Ensure overall effectiveness of operations focusing on people, sales, and profit
Stand for extensive periods of time, bend over, reach upwards or outward, twist, turn around, and climb up on ladders
Perform a variety of jobs at a very rapid pace for extensive periods of time
Work in an environment with temperature fluctuations
Maintain regular, predictable attendance
Understand and follow directions
Lift very heavy objects with or without assistance
