This Assistant Manager role involves leading shifts, providing excellent guest service, and partnering with the General Manager to achieve daily goals. The position is responsible for training and developing team members while contributing to a fun and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts, assisting and working alongside crew members
Provide smiling, friendly service to guests
Partner with your GM to lead the team and meet daily goals
Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
Train, coach, and develop successful team members
Prepare delicious southern foods
Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued
