About This Role

Serve as a key leader in a Jack's Family Restaurants location, assisting the General Manager in daily operations and ensuring high standards of service and food quality. This role involves leading shifts, training crew members, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts, assisting and working alongside crew members
Provide smiling, friendly service to guests
Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and meet daily goals
Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
Train, coach, and develop successful team members
Prepare delicious southern foods
Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued
