Lead shifts, deliver friendly service, and help manage daily operations for a family-friendly restaurant by partnering with the General Manager and developing team members, contributing to a high-energy and high-standard work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts, assisting and working alongside crew members
Provide smiling, friendly service to guests
Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and meet daily goals
Help run a multimillion-dollar business through high energy and high standards
Train, coach, and develop successful team members
Prepare delicious southern foods
Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued
