About This Role

Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training, and scheduling while driving sales growth and providing excellent customer service. This role focuses on helping underserved customers access essential goods.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with training, daily operations, and work schedules
• Drive sales growth through completed installment orders
• Maintain accurate records of accounts and prospect new business and customers
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in stores and customers' homes
• Perform safe and compliant loading/unloading and installation of products
• Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness

Requirements

• 2 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Great communication and customer service skills
