Lead a team at Dunkin' Donuts to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive profitable sales. Develop leadership skills in operations, financial analysis, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative environment, providing coaching, feedback, and resolving employee concerns effectively
• Assist in recruiting and training, ensuring the team is skilled, confident, and ready to deliver top-notch service
• Uphold and exceed Brand standards, ensuring a consistently high-quality guest experience
• Manage operations to maximize guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Oversee sales initiatives, labor, and food costs, contributing to the restaurant's profitability
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Clear verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or a supervisory role
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or a supervisory role.
