About This Role

Manage a Burger King restaurant, developing business disciplines in accounting, human resources, training, marketing, sales building, and cost controls, while leading a team to deliver quality products and service.

Responsibilities

• Direct, control and coordinate subordinates to deliver quality product to guests
• Manage inventory
• Handle bank deposits
• Conduct training for employees
• Perform performance appraisals
• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests

Requirements

• Ability to work a 50 hour work week including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic Computer Skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Personal Transportation
• Out-going Personality
