Assistant Manager

About This Role

The Assistant Manager at Braum's Store 190 will lead a team to maximize sales through customer satisfaction and food quality, overseeing daily operations of food service, grocery, and fountain sales. This role is responsible for upholding company brand strategy, vision, mission, and values to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
• Share responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
• Work a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Retail Management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Customer focus.
• Work ethic with high standard for integrity.
• Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all levels of the store team.
• Ability to build a successful team by building an environment of trust.
• Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions.
• Can communicate effectively with leadership team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 2 years of Retail Management experience.
