Responsibilities
- Drive sales results by analyzing business and providing best-in-class customer service
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines
- Drive efficiency in all store processes
- Leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge
- Lead talent acquisition, training, engagement, and development initiatives
- Ensure OMNI Channel Fulfillment
- Manage store and stockroom operations
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and payroll management
- Ensure asset protection
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to show up in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Team building skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
