Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by analyzing business and providing best-in-class customer service
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines
• Drive efficiency in all store processes
• Leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge
• Lead talent acquisition, training, engagement, and development initiatives
• Ensure OMNI Channel Fulfillment
• Manage store and stockroom operations
• Handle staffing, scheduling, and payroll management
• Ensure asset protection

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications
