Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by analyzing the business

• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines

• Leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge
• Drive recruiting, training, engagement, and development of talent
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role or a Bachelor's degree
