The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role responsible for driving sales results, overseeing daily store operations, and leading talent from recruiting to development. They will provide best-in-class customer service and ensure efficient store processes.
Responsibilities
- Drives Sales
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines
- Drive efficiency in all store processes
- Leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge
- Recruit and train staff
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll
- Ensure store presentation and sales floor supervision
- Handle OMNI Channel Fulfillment
- Manage asset protection
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Team building skills

Qualifications
