Responsibilities

• Drives sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service
• Oversees daily store operations including opening and closing routines
• Drives efficiency in all store processes
• Leverages creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge
• Drives recruiting, training, engagement and development of talent
• Manages OMNI Channel Fulfillment
• Supervises store presentation and sales floor
• Manages staffing, scheduling, and payroll
• Ensures asset protection

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to show up in a fast-paced and challenging environment
