Responsibilities
- Drives sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service
- Oversees daily store operations including opening and closing routines
- Drives efficiency in all store processes
- Leverages creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge
- Drives recruiting, training, engagement and development of talent
- Manages OMNI Channel Fulfillment
- Supervises store presentation and sales floor
- Manages staffing, scheduling, and payroll
- Ensures asset protection
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to show up in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Team building skills

Qualifications
