This role merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management to drive sales results in a retail environment. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily store operations and lead talent management while providing best-in-class customer service.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and provide best-in-class customer service to drive sales results
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines
- Drive efficiency in all store processes
- Utilize creative expertise for floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge
- Lead talent, including recruiting, training, engagement, and development
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll
- Ensure store presentation and supervise sales floor
- Handle OMNI Channel Fulfillment
- Implement Asset Protection measures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to show up in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role OR a Bachelor's degree
