Assistant Manager

About This Role

This role merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management to drive sales results in a retail environment. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily store operations and lead talent management while providing best-in-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and provide best-in-class customer service to drive sales results
• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines
• Drive efficiency in all store processes
• Utilize creative expertise for floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge
• Lead talent, including recruiting, training, engagement, and development
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll
• Ensure store presentation and supervise sales floor
• Handle OMNI Channel Fulfillment
• Implement Asset Protection measures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role OR a Bachelor's degree
