Safely operate as an Assistant Machine Operator and General Laborer at a sustainable paper and packaging solutions company, performing tasks including stacking products, quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform a wide range of tasks including stacking products
• Conduct quality checks on materials and products
• Perform material set-up for machinery
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Contribute to a collaborative safety culture
• Utilize problem-solving skills to maintain seamless production
• Provide quality products to ensure an exceptional customer service experience

Requirements

• Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment (with training)
• Ability to follow specific directions
• Ability to operate power hand tools
• Ability to maintain a clean work environment
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations
• Ability to navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift
• Ability to work daily overtime, weekend work, and various shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Manufacturing experience
• Military training
• Technical school education
