Assistant Chief Clinical Officer

About This Role

This role involves participating in decision-making, policy determination, planning, and operations for the hospital. The Assistant Chief Clinical Officer will also have responsibility for the management of all nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in decision-making, policy determination, and planning and operations of the hospital
• Manage all nursing practices
• Examine and apply relevant current theoretical approaches to delivering nursing care
• Develop and implement strategies to address opportunities for improving nursing care

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse Licensure in good standing, in the state of Louisiana
• Demonstrated leadership and management ability with a minimum of three to five years experience in nursing administration
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Basic computer knowledge

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum of three to five years experience in nursing administration
