This role involves participating in decision-making, policy determination, planning, and operations for the hospital. The Assistant Chief Clinical Officer will also have responsibility for the management of all nursing practices.
Responsibilities
- Participate in decision-making, policy determination, and planning and operations of the hospital
- Manage all nursing practices
- Examine and apply relevant current theoretical approaches to delivering nursing care
- Develop and implement strategies to address opportunities for improving nursing care
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse Licensure in good standing, in the state of Louisiana
- Demonstrated leadership and management ability with a minimum of three to five years experience in nursing administration
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic computer knowledge
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of three to five years experience in nursing administration
