Asset Management Student Internship/Co-Op

About This Role

Support the Electrical System Reliability (ESR) and NERC Compliance teams by gathering and compiling asset data, developing maintenance strategies, and coordinating various deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions and improve processes within asset management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Electrical System Reliability (ESR) team with developing, maintaining, and modifying asset monitoring plan databases and maintenance strategies.
• Support the NERC Compliance team with updates, reviews, and coordinating various deliverables and activities with Operating areas.
• Support the development of project plans, roadmaps, and process flows.
• Support the ESR team with various administrative activities including work management and procurement.
• Support the ESR team with the development and execution of process improvement initiatives using software tools.

Requirements

• Enrollment in an accredited university
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Enrollment in university's co-op program (if applicable)
• Junior or Senior year in school

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a college undergraduate or graduate-level post-secondary educational program in Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science, IT or related.

• Microsoft Suite Applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
• Power BI/Tableau or equivalent
• Customer support experience
• Project support experience
