Join our manufacturing team as an Assembly Technician responsible for assembling high-quality products according to specifications, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring efficiency. This role demands attention to detail and adherence to production guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components according to work instructions, blueprints, and schematics
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assigned tasks
- Inspect parts and assemblies for quality, ensuring they meet company standards
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
- Report any defects, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to the supervisor
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical drawings
- Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus but not required.
