Assembly Technician

About This Role

Repair and maintain Safran Helicopter Engines USA family of engines and their subassemblies and components. This role involves working with various tools and documentation to ensure individual components meet specifications.

Responsibilities

• Work with hand tools, measuring equipment, balancing and grinding machines to assemble modules and engines
• Work with repair manual and internal documentation to accept or reject individual components in a module
• Perform required On Call duties
• Develop procedures and identify problems
• Recommend solutions and expenditures
• Provide On the Job training to technicians when required

Requirements

• Access to information and hardware subject to ITAR/EAR, requiring U.S. person status or equivalent eligibility

Qualifications

• Certificate from college or technical school preferred
• Six to twelve months of related experience preferred

• Six to twelve months of related experience
• Basic Level Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
