About This Role

Support industrial solutions by learning products, collaborating with sales, and directly engaging with customers. The role involves preparing quotes, matching customer needs to standard products, and managing order processes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes and RFQs for customers and outside sales
  • Match customer needs to standard product solutions (training provided)
  • Communicate clearly with customers, sales, and internal teams
  • Track quotes, orders, and updates in CRM
  • Support order entry, delivery timelines, and follow-ups
  • Spot simple cross-sell or up-sell opportunities
  • Build hands-on knowledge of instrumentation, valves, actuation, and gas detection services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Mechanical/Chemical Engineering) or Business Degree with ability to provide technical solutions (or equivalent experience)
  • 0-2 years relevant experience

Qualifications
