Support industrial solutions by learning products, collaborating with sales, and directly engaging with customers. The role involves preparing quotes, matching customer needs to standard products, and managing order processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes and RFQs for customers and outside sales
- Match customer needs to standard product solutions (training provided)
- Communicate clearly with customers, sales, and internal teams
- Track quotes, orders, and updates in CRM
- Support order entry, delivery timelines, and follow-ups
- Spot simple cross-sell or up-sell opportunities
- Build hands-on knowledge of instrumentation, valves, actuation, and gas detection services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Mechanical/Chemical Engineering) or Business Degree with ability to provide technical solutions (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years relevant experience
Qualifications
