Appian Engineer

About This Role

Join Deloitte's AI & Engineering team to develop scalable Appian solutions for clients, transforming technology platforms and driving innovation. You will design user interfaces, build process models, and integrate Appian with other systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with Appian platform essentials to delivery scalable solutions
• Utilize knowledge of Business Process Management & Reengineering to develop Appian solutions
• Integrate Appian solutions with web services, databases, or other systems
• Build process models and executable workflows within Appian
• Design dynamic user interfaces and complete applications to support client needs
• Build and apply complex business rules to permissions within Appian
• Interpret and troubleshoot technical issues within Appian design objects

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Ability to obtain and maintain required clearance
• 3+ years of experience developing Appian solutions
• 3+ years of experience in successful software delivery or software development
• Residence within a commutable distance to a US Delivery Center (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
• Ability to spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience developing Appian solutions and 3+ years in successful software delivery or software development

Nice to Have

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Knowledge of Appian platform essentials and suite of capabilities
• Familiarity with software delivery methodologies such as agile/scrum
• Strong problem-solving and design skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
