A&P Mechanic

About This Role

This A&P Mechanic position involves assembling and disassembling nacelles, engine systems, and components, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and performing adjustments and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble nacelles, engine systems, nacelle components, or equipment according to defined processes, ensuring adherence to Quality, HSE, and planning requirements.
• Verify the availability and conformity of documentation necessary for assembly and dismantling operations.
• Confirm the availability and validity of production means, products, and parts required for operations.
• Report any failures encountered during work.
• Handle nacelle elements for workstation readiness and mounting.
• Install all nacelle and engine hardware, including rivets, screws, bolts, and nuts.
• Adjust elements following nacelle settings after engine installation and on delivery trolley equipment.
• Carry out touch-up painting and minor cosmetic improvement repairs or rework.
• Complete associated documents clearly to guarantee traceability of operations.
• Maintain workstation, tools, and work area in accordance with all FOD policy.
• Identify and report in real-time all problems and HSE risks to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement actions of the production process and Real Time Problem Resolution.

Requirements

• General aeronautical knowledge
• Good knowledge of adjustment, assembly, and installation techniques for aviation hardware and equipment
• Ability to understand technical documents (ranges, instruction sheets)
• Willingness to travel abroad for extended training and support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aeronautical mechanics, including adjustment, assembly, and installation of aviation hardware and equipment.
