About This Role

Join our perioperative team as an Anesthesia Support Tech, supporting licensed anesthesia providers by preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies for anesthesia care. This role ensures smooth procedures, patient safety, and a dependable surgical environment through compassion and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesia providers by preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies needed for anesthesia care
• Ensure rooms and equipment are properly set up, stocked, and functioning prior to procedures
• Support safe patient care by following established protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work area
• Monitor equipment needs and communicate issues promptly to maintain readiness
• Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and safety standards at all times
• Collaborate with perioperative team members to support efficient workflow and high-quality care

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS (CPR) certification

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred; clinical or patient care experience preferred

Nice to Have

• Clinical or patient care experience
• At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Understanding of medical terminology related to anesthesia care
• Familiarity with anesthesia equipment and related supplies
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
