The Analyst/Senior Analyst, Pricing Marketing will join Agoda's Performance Marketing Team, a data-driven department focused on developing marketing programs to enhance customer lifetime value. This role involves experimenting with search and display campaigns, analyzing extensive data, and building optimization models for a global online travel platform.
Responsibilities
- Experiment with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures on various search engines including Google, Bing, Baidu, and Naver
- Adapt to new product features and implement changes from successful tests
- Test, analyze, and optimize display campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Analyze large datasets generated by experiments to develop optimization models
- Build dashboards for account managers to track campaign performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a quantitative subject
- Fluent in English
- 2+ years’ experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations in a tech company
- Exposure to one or more data analysis packages or databases (SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL)
- Good numerical reasoning skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Intellectual curiosity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from top university in a quantitative subject (computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science)
- 2+ years’ experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations for a fast-growing globally operating tech company
