Analyst, Partner Engagement

About This Role

This role supports the Partner Engagement team by translating data into compelling narratives and providing key insights to enhance provider partnerships for DaVita Kidney Care. This highly visible position involves working cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders to deepen understanding of provider needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of key initiatives that strengthen provider partnerships
• Track key performance metrics and success measures for engagement initiatives
• Manage the rounding data database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of rounding data and other datasets to identify actionable insights and trends
• Translate complex data and analysis into clear, compelling narratives and effective visuals for senior leadership and other audiences
• Create data-driven stories that demonstrate the impact of engagement efforts
• Work collaboratively with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders and partners to drive successful planning and implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of relevant data analyst experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Resourceful, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and has an innate desire to learn
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including complex formulas) and PowerPoint
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Outlook

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of relevant data analyst experience

• Healthcare background, interest, or educational experiences
• Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary teams (operations, finance, clinical, compliance)
