AM Concierge Lounge Attendant

About This Role

This role involves assisting guests with various needs and requests, ensuring a positive experience at the Marriott Downtown at City Creek. The attendant will provide reservation services for local attractions and assist with general inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions regarding or making reservations for dining, entertainment, sports events, recreation, tours, health and beauty, childcare, transportation, cultural activities, shopping, and other services
• Provide directions to hotel facilities or events
• Notify/assist guests of receipt of facsimiles, mail, messages, and packages
• Maintain current information and materials regarding hotel, services, and attractions
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis

Requirements

• One year experience in a public contact position
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests and associates
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences

Qualifications

• One year experience in a public contact position

Nice to Have

• Hotel experience preferred
