AI/ML Engineer

About This Role

This AI/ML Engineer role involves researching, developing, and implementing AI and machine learning solutions to address complex business needs. The role focuses on designing algorithms, building predictive models, and integrating AI/ML systems into production environments. The engineer will collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience building, deploying and maintaining AI/ML models end-to-end in production environments
• Advanced degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields
• Active Secret security clearance required
• U.S. citizen
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras)
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning)
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning techniques
• Experience with big data tools and platforms (Palantir, AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with model deployment and monitoring tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications
