Lead and deliver engagements focused on identifying, designing, and implementing creative business and technology solutions for clients, particularly in the Life Sciences Pharmaceutical R&D regulatory sector. Oversee team deliverables, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver client engagements or components of large, complex engagements
- Identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for clients
- Craft solutions for clients using direct management and hands-on delivery
- Guide and oversee team's deliverables and recommendations
- Manage daily stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to Deloitte's thought leadership
- Participate in business development activities, including developing and presenting proposals
- Develop junior staff
Requirements
- 6+ years Life Sciences consulting or industry technology experience driving digital transformation and innovation by delivering impactful data and AI analytics solutions
- 4+ years of experience with Life Sciences Pharmaceutical R&D regulatory data lifecycle
- Experience introducing new technologies like GenAI, AI/ML, and automation into existing R&D business processes and across workflows
- 2+ years experience with Python, SQL and AI/ML
- 1+ years experience leading, managing and delivering complex engagements with resources in multiple locations
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average

- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years Life Sciences consulting or industry technology experience driving digital transformation and innovation by delivering impactful data and AI analytics solutions
Nice to Have
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory data and regulatory filing requirements and generating submissions packages
- Experience with submissions management, labeling, CMC change control and/or LCM processes
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Understanding of emerging technologies and advanced data architectures (multimodal data management, model design, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Data Products)
- Ability to create critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessions
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
- Demonstrated experience with the sales cycle by helping frame client opportunities
- Participated in the pursuit team by creating proposal content for client discussions
- An advanced degree in an area of specialization
