AI Adoption Lead

About This Role

This role within the HR department focuses on training employees to effectively integrate AI into their daily work through engaging training sessions and coaching. The specialist will become a subject matter expert in AI adoption to support company growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions to help employees integrate AI into their daily work
• Provide coaching on best practices for using AI effectively
• Lead initiatives to promote AI usage within the organization
• Develop into a subject matter expert in the area of AI for the bank

Requirements

• Bilingual required
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Training
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies (especially Generative AI tools like Google Workspace/Gemini) or demonstrated experience in leading technology adoption initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in Training and exposure to AI/ML technologies or demonstrated experience in leading technology adoption initiatives.

Nice to Have
