Agentic AI, AI & Data Manager

About This Role

Lead and deliver engagements in Agentic AI, AI & Data, identifying, designing, and implementing business and technology solutions for clients. Guide and oversee your team's deliverables and recommendations, and manage daily stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver engagements or components of large, complex engagements
• Identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for clients
• Guide and oversee team's deliverables and recommendations
• Manage daily stakeholder relationships
• Contribute to Deloitte's thought leadership
• Play a key role in business development activities, including developing and presenting proposals
• Develop junior staff

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI or multi-agent systems
• 4+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions using Python
• 2+ years of direct experience developing agentic AI systems, including agent orchestration, tool integration, and autonomous decision-making workflows (ie: LangChain; Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands; CrewAI. LangGraph)
• 1+ years experience leading, managing and delivering complex AI Solutions engagements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field
• 6+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI or multi-agent systems and 1+ years leading, managing and delivering complex AI solutions engagements.

Nice to Have

• Prior consulting experience in client-facing delivery roles
• Experience in creating critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessions
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
• Demonstrated experience with the sales cycle by helping frame client opportunities
• Participated in the pursuit team by creating proposal content for client discussions
• Experience building multi-agent systems (task delegation, coordination, and autonomous decision-making)
• Experience with LLM prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architecture
• Experience with MLOps / AIOps (monitoring, governance, lifecycle), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development
• Experience with API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems
