Serve as a part-time Advanced Practice Clinician focusing on Women's Health at a patient-centered medical home dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive healthcare to underserved communities in Yakima, WA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate patient relationships by managing your patient panel
- Work as part of a care team in a patient-centered medical home
- Provide high-quality and comprehensive care to a largely migrant and Latino community
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner OR Master's Degree - Physician Assistant OR Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program
- Passion for community health and family medicine
- Commitment to working with underserved patient populations
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program
- New graduates are encouraged with clinical rotations and community health experience
