About This Role

This role involves assisting residents with daily care activities and medication administration as an Advanced Certified Medication Aide (ACMA), making a direct impact on their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medications for all assigned residents
• Assist with daily care of residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed
• Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements
• Communicate confidentially and clearly to other staff, including urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Manage assigned tasks efficiently within the scheduled shift

Requirements

• Advanced Certified Medication Aide (ACMA) certification, as required by state regulations
