This role involves conducting direct recruitment activities to enroll students, guiding young adults towards valuable career paths and educational opportunities, and ensuring compliance with government directives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct direct recruitment activities, including public speaking and developing linkages with referral resources
- Participate in center tours and contact potential enrollees
- Interview interested candidates and obtain required information and documents for eligibility
- Arrange for reception of candidates upon acceptance into the program
- Follow up on student progress, including length of stay and separation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business communications or closely related field; or associate degree and 2 years related experience
- Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business communications or closely related field; or associate degree and 2 years related experience
- Entry level, or 2 years if associate degree
Nice to Have
- Experience in sales and successful outreach and admissions experience or successful outreach and admissions experience with other youth programs
