About This Role

Saint Xavier University is seeking adjunct faculty members to teach Management. This role involves high-quality teaching for a diverse student population, ensuring student success and addressing individual educational needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and instruct courses in classroom, lab, and/or clinical settings
• Conduct courses in various delivery modes including in-person, online, hybrid, and blended formats
• Evaluate student performance
• Communicate with the department
• Submit required paperwork related to instruction in a timely and accurate manner
• Teach up to two sections of undergraduate courses per semester

Requirements

• Experience teaching or working in Accounting
• Experience teaching or working in Finance
• Experience teaching or working in Management (human resources, project management, service operations, service management)
• Experience teaching or working in Hospitality Management (tourism, marketing, operations)
• Experience teaching or working in Business Analytics
• Experience teaching or working in Healthcare Management
• Experience teaching or working in Digital Marketing
• Commitment to teaching in a multicultural environment
