As the Director of Life Enrichment, you will plan, coordinate, and direct diverse activities to enrich patients' lives within the facility, ensuring patient satisfaction. You will also oversee and mentor other life enrichment staff and contribute to multidisciplinary care planning.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and direct a wide variety of activities to enrich the lives of patients within the facility
- Oversee and mentor other life enrichment staff
- Document activity plans and participation in the patient record
- Participate as a member of the multi-disciplinary care planning team
- Transport patients to scheduled events away from the facility (if applicable)
Requirements
- Qualified Activity Director for the State of Indiana OR previous experience in healthcare Activities
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Pass pre-employment process and screening
- Pass physical examination for gainful employment
- Satisfactorily pass required orientation and training
- Able to follow written and/or verbal instructions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare Activities

- Previous supervisory experience
