About This Role

Develop partnerships with diverse blood drive coordinators and blood donor groups to grow diverse blood collection targets for area blood drives, specifically focusing on the Sickle Cell Account Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with African American current and potential blood drive coordinators and blood donor groups
• Grow diverse blood collection targets for area blood drives
• Make a positive impact on the community and lives of African American patients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum one-year related experience
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Training and presentation skills
• Current valid driver's license and good driving record

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum one-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of group dynamics
• Direct sales, customer maintenance techniques
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively implement programs
