The Charlotte Community Health Clinic (CCHC) is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides quality, accessible primary care, behavioral health, and dental services to pediatric and adult patients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, including those experiencing homelessness. They aim to serve all individuals regardless of ability to pay.
