Wound Care/Treatment Nurse LVN or RN

About This Role

Supervise, provide, and coordinate nursing care for residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. Assess residents' care needs and take appropriate action to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assure adequate staffing to provide resident care
• Participate in coaching, discipline, hiring, and termination decisions for direct care staff
• Supervise and assess resident care, taking appropriate action as needed
• Implement community procedures to provide resident care

Requirements

• Current and valid LVN or RN nursing license (or from a Compact Party State)
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing
• 1+ year of wound care or treatment nursing experience

Qualifications

• 1+ year of wound care or treatment nursing experience
