The Workplace Coordinator will oversee daily office operations, maintaining a meticulous work environment and supporting staff and leadership, focusing on administrative tasks and seamless office functionality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including coordinating lunch arrangements and working with vendors
- Act as the emergency coordinator for staff during critical situations
- Submit and monitor maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly office environment
- Handle employee badging processes and manage desk assignments to optimize workspace usage
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership and staff to address operational needs
- Coordinate schedules and book conference rooms to support team collaboration
- Answer inbound calls and provide assistance as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in workplace coordination or a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in handling schedules, booking conference rooms, and managing facilities
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- Familiarity with vendor coordination and maintenance tracking processes
- Attention to detail to maintain a well-organized and orderly office environment
- Knowledge of badging systems and workspace assignment management
