About This Role

Provide individual tele-therapy and psychological intakes for patients with a focus on women's mental health, particularly pregnant, postpartum, and menopausal individuals. Document patient progress, facilitate treatment modifications, and develop care plans.

Responsibilities

Provide individual tele-therapy to patients using FamilyWell's virtual platform
Conduct one-on-one psychological intakes and gather comprehensive assessments for treatment planning
Document patient progress and share treatment recommendations with medical providers and consultants
Facilitate treatment plan modifications for patients needing more intensive or specialized care
Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session, offering actionable insights and follow-up steps

Requirements

Active mental health license in CT
Ability to practice independently / without supervision
Proficiency with tele-therapy platforms and virtual care delivery

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with pregnant and/or postpartum and/or peri/menopause patients is strongly preferred.

Nice to Have

Formal perinatal/peri/menopause mental health training
Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International
Proof of certification in the treatment of the Peri/Menopause population
