About This Role

Provide individual tele-therapy and psychological intakes for patients with a focus on women's mental health, particularly pregnant, postpartum, and menopausal individuals. Document patient progress, facilitate treatment modifications, and develop care plans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual tele-therapy to patients using FamilyWell's virtual platform
  • Conduct one-on-one psychological intakes and gather comprehensive assessments for treatment planning
  • Document patient progress and share treatment recommendations with medical providers and consultants
  • Facilitate treatment plan modifications for patients needing more intensive or specialized care
  • Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session, offering actionable insights and follow-up steps

Requirements

  • Active mental health license in CT
  • Ability to practice independently / without supervision
  • Proficiency with tele-therapy platforms and virtual care delivery

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with pregnant and/or postpartum and/or peri/menopause patients is strongly preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Formal perinatal/peri/menopause mental health training
  • Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International
  • Proof of certification in the treatment of the Peri/Menopause population
