About This Role

This role is for an Armed Security Officer to monitor and patrol assigned areas at Waffle House, responding to incidents and enforcing rules while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activities
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action
• Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations
• Document daily activities, incidents, and observations in detailed reports
• Engage in conflict management strategies to de-escalate potential threats or disturbances
• Participate in ongoing training programs related to loss prevention, surveillance techniques, and security protocols

Requirements

• Previous armed experience
• Sled Certification
• Own transportation
• Cell phone

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED
• Previous armed experience required
